Prior to your event it’s a good idea to provide the photographer with an event photography brief containing all the relevant information.

We’ve created an example event photography brief template for Graynoise clients to use. While we tend to hit the ground running, if you have additional information, such as run-sheets, venue maps or ‘hit-lists’ of key people, providing those to us before your event will help photography run smoothly.
