If you postpone your shoot, provided you give us at least 48hrs notice, we will hold your deposit, and put it toward your rescheduled booking.
If you cancel your shoot, we will, at our discretion, keep up to 50% of the shoot fee as a Cancellation Fee, to cover cost-of-sale and lost opportunity. If we’re able to fill your time-slot with another client, we will waive this Cancellation Fee.
If you cancel or postpone less than 48 hours before your shoot, we will keep 50% of the shoot fee as a Cancellation Fee, to cover cost-of-sale and lost opportunity.
COVID-19
We take health and safety seriously. If you’re required to self isolate due to a Covid-19 test or exposure, please provide a copy of your NSW Health advice, or a doctor’s certificate, and we will waive the Cancellation Fee.
Limit of Liability
Your headshot session includes Dan Gray as your photographer, unless he is prevented by injury, illness or unforeseen circumstances. If such circumstances do arise, GRAY NOISE has professional relationships with other photographers and will make every effort to provide you with a replacement photographer of similar style and professionalism. If a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the shoot.
