Individual headshots at our Chippendale studio can be booked online.
The studio is just outside Sydney CBD, a short walk from Redfern Station, Broadway and Sydney University.
The Basic Session is for when you just need one good shot of yourself, say for LinkedIn or your CV, and you’re on a tight budget.
In a Standard Session, which is the most popular, we’ll work with you to create two unique ‘looks’. For example formal and informal, or light and dark. The goal is to get a variety of photos that you can use for different purposes and platforms.
It’s good for entrepreneurs and creatives who don’t want to use the same photo for every platform and occasion.
The Deluxe Session adds professional hair and make-up, plus one extra retouched image.
It’s good for higher profile people who need multiple shots for websites, press, PR and LinkedIn. It’s also great for actors headshots and public speakers, or anyone who wants to pamper themselves.
All Sessions include:
The term ‘look’ refers to background and lighting changes to create a different looking photos of you. Within each look you are welcome to change your attire to create yet more options.
If you’re looking for headshots for 3 or more people at a time we also have corporate headshot packages available.
You can find out more about preparing for your shoot in our FAQs.
Dan Gray
Hi, I’m Dan, I’ve been a commercial photographer since 2003. My photography practice includes location work for large corporate clients and big brands, but I really enjoy the one-on-one interaction I get with individuals and small businesses during my Sydney headshot photography days.
My favourite headshots are ones that look natural, and give a sense of the person, whilst also looking professional. Feeling comfortable is the first step to looking comfortable in your photos. I know well that not everyone’s comfortable in front of a camera, so I always try to make the experience enjoyable and conversational. One of the most satisfying parts of my job is learning about you and what you do. I’d love to play my part in helping you make some noise.
