Vincent Buret
This is Vincent Buret. He is the first person to be featured in my noisemaker series, celebrating my headshot subjects and the work that they do.
Vincent is a talented designer who creates amazing sculptural furniture. He is a dual French/Australian citizen who currently calls Australia home. His work is focused on communicating ideas through form and material with simplicity and poetic expression.

It’s unsurprising that I first met Vincent at an art gallery. He had a camera around his neck, as he often does, and it started us talking. Since then I’ve watched his design practice grow and develop into a thriving business.

I was happy when he chose to come to the studio for some headshots last month. Not only is he a photogenic man, but as an artist he was willing to experiment with lighting and looks, which made for a fun shoot.
You can view more of Vincent’s beautiful work and buy it online on his web site.
